You’ll collaborate with various stakeholders to improve business performance by ensuring systems are effectively tailored to the needs of the business.

Key Skills

Business Process Analysis: Identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements in workflows.
Technical Translation: Translate business needs into technical requirements, ensuring successful system configurations.
Data Analysis: Perform in-depth data analysis to inform decision-making and identify business trends.
Project Management: Manage system integration and implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery.
System Support: Provide ongoing support and training to ensure optimal use of business systems.
Industry Awareness: Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends to enhance business operations.

The person

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
Experience: 3+ years of experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of business processes across multiple departments.
Analytical Skills: Proven ability to document and translate business requirements into technical specifications.
System Expertise: Familiar with ERP and CRM systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics), as well as data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI).
Soft Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail, with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience in system implementation projects, certification in business analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA), and familiarity with Agile methodologies.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field.
3+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role.
Experience with business process modeling, ERP/CRM systems, and data analysis.
Proven ability to gather and translate business requirements into technical specifications.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively across teams.
Experience managing system implementation or integration projects is a plus.
Certification in business analysis or experience with Agile methodologies preferred.
