About the Role:
We are working with a valued client to find an experienced ERP Project Manager to lead the end-to-end implementation of their new ERP system. This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is confident in managing both internal teams and external vendors. You'll be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing the entire implementation lifecycle, ensuring the project stays on track and meets key milestones.Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the full ERP implementation lifecycle from planning to go-live.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
• Manage vendor relationships, ensuring deliverables meet agreed specifications and deadlines.
• Identify potential project pitfalls and implement risk mitigation strategies.
• Ensure all stakeholders are aligned and that team members are meeting their responsibilities.
• Prepare and coordinate all activities related to the go-live phase, ensuring a smooth transition.
• Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to meet deadlines.
• Provide regular updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience managing end-to-end ERP implementations.
• Strong project management skills with a focus on deadlines, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience working with vendors and managing third-party relationships.
• Ability to foresee potential challenges and proactively develop solutions.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
