Job Description

A well-established company in London is looking for an ESG reporting specialist to take the lead on delivering its current ESG reporting suite while supporting preparations for upcoming regulatory changes, particularly the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD).

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the Lead ESG Reporting Manager to deliver the 2024/25 ESG reporting suite, including the Responsible Business Report, data appendix, annual report, and summary reports.
• Oversee the end-to-end data collection process, ensuring accuracy, thorough review, and compliance with audit requirements.
• Manage external assurance processes, maintaining strong relationships with auditors and internal teams.
• Coordinate a diverse range of stakeholders, including copywriters, designers, web agencies, and communications specialists, to produce high-quality reports on time and within budget.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in sustainability reporting, with a strong grasp of industry best practices.
• Knowledge of key reporting frameworks and standards (GRI, SASB) and evolving regulatory requirements.
• Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and stakeholders effectively.
• Analytical mindset, capable of interpreting complex data and presenting insights clearly.
