IT Helpdesk Analyst
We have an exciting opportunity for an IT Helpdesk Analyst to join a reputable and growing company based in Glasgow. The role will work in supporting their clients across various sectors. The right person will enjoy working in a great team and enjoy speaking with customers and assisting with Technical issues.
This role will involve working on a shift basis as part of a team.
Working in the 1st line team
React to network alerts
Deal with customer calls/emails
Log faults or requests into the ticketing system through 1st line
Escalate priority and complex technical issues quickly to 2nd and 3rd line
Troubleshoot faults on switches, routers and modems
Excellent communication skills
Proven customer service and helpdesk experience
An understanding of routing and switching
Relevant IT qualifications – ITIL or CCNA certification, or working towards certification or equivalent experience in a similar role
