IT Systems Engineer

Our client is a technology consultancy providing cloud solutions to all types of businesses around the globe and they're looking for an IT Systems Engineer to join their expanding support team.

This role will suit someone who has experience working in a helpdesk environment, being client-facing and also had exposure to project work.

The Person

To be considered as an IT Systems Engineer you will have the following experience:

• Strong troubleshooting skills - 1st, 2nd and 3rd line support experience
• Excellent customer service skills - Good experience working directly with clients and customers
• You will be passionate about technology

• A strong all-rounder who can provide both hands on and hands-off technical skills to the wider team and business.
• Experience with Microsoft Cloud based systems - O365/Cloud/Azure
