This role provides an exceptional platform to gain hands on experience while working closely with experienced professionals to offer first class technical support to their clients.
The role:

  • Provide first-line technical support to users experiencing IT and telecommunications issues.
  • Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems, networks, and telecommunications equipment.
  • Respond to user inquiries via phone, email, or in person, providing clear and concise instructions and guidance.
  • Collaborate with team members to develop and maintain technical documentation, training materials, and knowledge base articles.


Experience Required:

  • Strong understanding of computer hardware, software, networking concepts, and telecommunications principles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Willingness to undergo training and pursue relevant certifications.
  • A collaborative team player.
