Job Description

We are assisting a Market Leading Global Energy Consultancy as they look to add an experienced Systems Implementation Analyst to their Digital Systems Team.

The Role

You will be involved in the implementation and migration of a number of systems including a new global human resources information system. The new system will include, a core HR platform, applicant tracking system, learning management, performance management and talent development.

Requirements

• Proven experience in implementing Information systems in a global environment.
• Prior experience working with data sets, including its extraction from source systems and transformation / cleaning ready for analysis and experience presenting data results verbally and in writing.
• Analytical tool experience; excel experience including use of pivot tables, lookups, and advanced functions such as IF/AND/OR statements and Array Formulae.
• Experience in implementing platforms in a SaaS environment.
• Experience in handling and working on multiple workstreams and therefore the ability to prioritise.
• Experience in formulating solutions across a complex landscape comprising of diverse applications and infrastructure.
• An awareness of a broad range of project implementation approaches and methodologies.
• Knowledge of UK payroll processing would be an advantage.
