  • Service Desk first line support experience within a team
  • Ticket management system experience
  • Deploying hardware with image builds as and when required
  • Competent in using MS Office Software

The person

  • Demonstrated success in sales or business development, with a history of acquiring new accounts or expanding existing ones.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence outcomes.
  • Skilled in organizing and leading impactful client meetings with confidence.
  • Open to global travel for client engagements and industry events.
  • Proactive and results-focused, excelling both independently and collaboratively.
