Lead Automation Tester

Are you an experienced Automation Test Lead ready to take ownership of building automation processes from the ground up? We are looking for a hands-on Lead Tester to transform our existing manual testing environment into a scalable, efficient, and modern test automation function.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the setup and implementation of test automation frameworks and strategies
• Define best practices, processes, and standards for automated testing
• Build, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using Selenium
• Collaborate closely with developers, QA, and business teams to ensure product quality
• Mentor and guide junior testers to embrace automation in their daily work
• Provide clear reporting on test progress, coverage, and quality metrics

You will have 

• Proven experience as an Automation Test Lead or Senior Automation Engineer
• Strong hands-on expertise in Selenium WebDriver and automation frameworks
• Experience designing and implementing automation in a manual test environment
• Solid understanding of testing methodologies (Agile, CI/CD, regression, performance testing)
• Ability to bring structure, processes, and continuous improvements into the QA function
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills

You will have combined technical skill and hands on experience, you'll be a great team player, willing to work across teams to achieve the best results. You'll bring passion and drive produce excellent work and ensure the products are working at an optimum level.
