This is a varied and hands-on role that combines client relationship management, account management growth, and external sales responsibilities. The successful candidate will play a pivotal part in ensuring client satisfaction while also driving business growth.
- Hands on client relationship management
- Managing of day to day client accounts
- Developing new client accounts, overseeing sales
- Working with the technical team to provide quotes and plans for delivering services
- Working with the management team to find avenues for future growth
- Responsible for achieving revenue plans and targets
Key Skills
- Experience within an IT services, technology, or managed services environment
- Previous commercial sales experience
- Strong background developing existing accounts
- Highly organised, self-motivated, comfortable working to achieve set revenue goals
- Team approach to client relationships ensuring the right outcomes for each client
