Key Skills
- ERP Management: Maintain and manage ERP systems to ensure seamless integration with business processes.
- System Configuration: Customize and configure ERP modules to meet specific operational needs.
- Troubleshooting: Resolve ERP-related issues, providing technical support to end users.
- Project Management: Lead ERP system upgrades, patches, and integration projects.
- Training: Provide ongoing training and user support for ERP features and best practices.
- Documentation: Develop and maintain system documentation, including configurations and workflows.
The person
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite).
- Technical Expertise: Skilled in ERP configuration, customization, and system implementation.
- Business Process Knowledge: Strong understanding of business processes across various departments (finance, supply chain, HR, etc.).
- Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with attention to detail.
- Communication & Collaboration: Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience in ERP integrations, ERP certifications, knowledge of data migration and cloud-based systems.

Requirements
- - Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3+ years of ERP system experience with strong knowledge of business processes and ERP functionality.
- Expertise in ERP system configuration, troubleshooting, and implementation.
- Project management experience with the ability to manage multiple ERP-related projects simultaneously.
- Strong knowledge of SQL for reporting and troubleshooting ERP data.
- Experience with ERP integrations, certifications, and cloud-based ERP systems is preferred.
