Are you an experienced Legal PA looking for a change? We have a great opportunity within a renowned global business who are looking to add to their existing team.
The role offers hybrid working of 3 days a week in the office and 2 days working from home. The salary is up to £35,000 depending on experience, with a wider package including 25 annual leave days, with the option to buy 5 extra days per year, plus public holidays. Company pension and healthcare also included.

Key Skills
- Diary Management; supporting the clients to proactively assess commitments, arrange meetings, manage cancellations and help the team to plan ahead.
- Document and File Management; working to produce high quality, accurate and up to date information and records using the clients’ systems and processes. Making sure documents are produced on time and filed correctly using the electronic systems required.
- Organisation; Overall, the PA ensures the timely and efficient support of the wider team. A requirement of this role will be to ensure a strong ethic is in place to achieve an overall optimal result. This may include assisting with travel, following up on calls, reviewing files and attending wider meetings will ensure an overall efficiency is achieved.
- Billing; You will have working knowledge of accounts and billing for legal advice, and help to ensure a timely and accurate log of work completed reflects the funds listed on file. Regular and timely reviews of files and required payments will be needed, together with a proactive approach to maintaining on time payments and the handling of any related questions.
The person
- Previous PA experience essential, ideally within a legal environment
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Enables strong working relationships with clients and team members
- Highly organised with the ability to manage a varied workload
- Can do attitude showing ownership for tasks in all aspects of the role
