Job Description
Grace May are growing and are looking for a Recruitment Resourcer to join our team. The Resourcer is responsible for sourcing a consistent flow of placeable candidates and potential clients. Within the role you will be responsible for both the search and selection of excellent candidates, as well as the reaching out to new clients within our niche. Using multiple platforms to reach candidates and record your progress, you will possess both the skill and determination to succeed in achieving the results you need.
The Resourcer works closely with the Directors and Recruitment Consultants to understand the key requirements, to understand exactly who we are looking for, and to support the search on behalf of our clients. It is a multi-skilled and multi-tasked role where you will combine your analytical, problem solving and IT based skills with a strong people-centred and customer service focus.

Key Skills
- Use a range of techniques to source and attract candidates, including job boards, social media, and networking tools such as LinkedIn.
- Screen CVs and conduct telephone interviews to assess candidates’ suitability for roles
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates, providing a high level of customer service throughout the recruitment process
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate activity on our database & SharePoint site
- Support the Directors and Recruitment Consultants with their end-to-end recruitment process, including scheduling interviews and preparing candidate profiles
- Continuously review and improve the resourcing process to ensure it is efficient and effective
The person
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates at all levels
- A results-driven and proactive approach, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- You must be resilient and show determination to find great candidates
- Strong organisational and administrative skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- A keen eye for detail, showing analytical and IT skills to find potential candidates
