This is a varied and hands-on role that combines client relationship management, service delivery oversight, and commercial ownership. The successful candidate will play a pivotal part in ensuring client satisfaction while also driving business growth through managing quotes, proposals, and the overall sales process.
• Lead and own the sales process from initial conversation to signed proposal
• Build and nurture strong, trusted relationships with key clients
• Prepare and present well-structured quotes and proposals
• Oversee the delivery of IT services, ensuring high standards and responsiveness
• Collaborate with internal technical teams to align service outcomes with client expectations
• Set and work towards revenue goals, identifying opportunities for growth within existing accounts
