As an IT Support Engineer, you'll provide 1st and 2nd line technical support across the business while helping maintain a reliable, secure and efficient IT environment.
You'll work closely with the wider IT team, supporting users, maintaining infrastructure and contributing to projects that improve systems and services across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide 1st and 2nd line IT support via phone, email and in person.
• Manage and resolve support requests through the helpdesk system.
• Install, configure and support desktops, laptops and printers.
• Assist with the administration of Windows Server and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Troubleshoot networking and connectivity issues.
• Support backup and disaster recovery processes.
• Liaise with third-party suppliers to resolve technical issues.
• Assist with infrastructure upgrades, projects and continuous improvements.
• Provide occasional support to other company locations when required.
The person
We are keen to speak with individuals who ideally have experience in:
• IT Support, Service Desk or Helpdesk.
• Windows 10 and Windows 11.
• Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Office.
• Desktop and laptop support.
• Basic Windows Server administration.
• Networking fundamentals, including DNS, DHCP and VPN.
• IT helpdesk or ticketing systems.
• Delivering excellent customer service.
• A full UK driving licence.
