Job Description

We are supporting a people-focused, full-service law firm in Aberdeen in the appointment of a Dispute Resolution Solicitor.

The Role
You will join a collaborative litigation team, working across a broad range of civil and dispute matters.
This will include:
• Contract disputes
• Boundary disputes
• Debt recovery
• General civil litigation

You will be trusted to manage your own caseload, with support always available from experienced colleagues when needed.
The team works closely together, sharing knowledge and supporting each other to deliver the best outcomes for clients.

Key Skills

    You will be:
    • A qualified solicitor in Scotland
    • Ideally 2–5 years PQE (strong NQs considered)
    • Experienced in civil litigation or dispute resolution
    • Confident, or ready, to manage your own caseload
    You will value being part of a team, be open to learning from others and take pride in delivering a high standard of client care.
