Job Description

We are supporting a people-focused, full-service law firm in Aberdeen in the appointment of a Rural Solicitor.

The Role
You will join an established team working across a broad range of rural and property matters, supporting a loyal and long-standing client base.
This will include:
• Rural conveyancing, including farms and estates
• Agricultural tenancies
• Land and estate transactions
• Ongoing client advisory work

This is a key hire for the firm. You will be stepping into a busy area of work and will be trusted to manage matters with a good level of autonomy.

Key Skills

    You will be:
    • A qualified solicitor in Scotland
    • Experienced in rural conveyancing or land and estate work
    • Comfortable managing your own caseload
    • Ideally with exposure to agricultural tenancies
    Candidates with commercial property experience and some exposure to rural work will also be considered.
    A proactive approach and a willingness to take ownership will be important in this role.
