Key Skills
- Acting as a trusted liaison between clients and candidates
- Proactively searching, selecting, and placing top talent using all available tools
- Using your influencing and negotiation skills to support both sides in making confident hiring decisions
- Tracking your performance and using data to hit (and exceed!) monthly and quarterly targets
- Consistently networking to ensure a strong pipeline of roles and candidates
- Delivering an exceptional experience from first contact to final placement
The person
- A resilient, self-motivated attitude with a proven track record in meeting and exceeding targets
- Outstanding communication skills and a natural ability to build relationships
- A passion for recruitment and a keen eye for matching talent to opportunity
- Confidence in following structured processes and always striving for excellence
- Proven track record in recruitment or client facing sales based role
