Job Description

Grace May is supporting a leading international organisation in the appointment of a Senior Global Business Development Manager, a strategically critical hire aligned to the growth of a newly evolving division.
This role sits at the intersection of global account leadership, product strategy, and market expansion, with direct exposure to executive leadership. The successful candidate will be instrumental in shaping how the business positions, commercialises, and scales its offering internationally.
This is not a replacement hire — it is an opportunity to build, define, and lead.

The Role
Operating at a global level, you will take ownership of key strategic accounts while leading the development and deployment of growth strategies across multiple product lines and markets.
You will act as a central figure connecting regional teams, leadership, and customers — ensuring a consistent, structured, and commercially effective approach worldwide.
Key areas of focus include:
• Ownership and development of strategic global accounts, ensuring alignment and value creation across regions
• Leadership of complex, multi-region tenders and commercial opportunities
• Designing and executing global market entry and expansion strategies
• Defining market opportunity (TAM/SAM), customer segmentation, and value propositions
• Leading the global rollout and positioning of new products and solutions
• Enabling and influencing regional teams to deliver against a cohesive global strategy
• Building senior-level relationships with key stakeholders and customers internationally
• Partnering with marketing to deliver aligned, high-impact go-to-market strategies
• Supporting diversification into new and emerging sectors beyond core markets

Key Skills
