Business Analyst
Our client is seeking an experienced Business Analyst who is used to working across multiple client teams, ideally in an agile project environment. You will be joining an award-winning technology firm and have plenty of opportunity.
As a Business Analyst You will be required to required to:
- Lead ongoing reviews and work with the business to challenge current thinking and where required, re engineer business processes
- Identify, scope and document requirements, uncovering areas for improvement on a continuous basis to provide future state business ways of working
- Working across business functions to understand change requirements, producing functional supporting documentation including but not limited to systems design docs, data migration docs etc.
- Preparing use-cases, specifications and supplementary functional documentation
- Defining and managing business impact and benefit of change requests to current solutions
- Effectively communicate insights, requirements and processes to cross-functional team members and management
- Liaise between relevant IT and business functions to facilitate clear communication
- Run training and user acceptance sessions
Skills & Experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid Experience with AGILE and SCRUM methodologies
- Proven analytical abilities
- Proven experience generating process documentation
- Experience of system selection and implementation projects as well as development projects
- Business/Function process specification using tools like Visio, UML, Flowcharting, MIRO Board
