Job Description

Our client is seeking an experienced M365 Cloud Engineer, with hands on experience within M365 applications, cloud-based infrastructure, and knowledge of integrations. Successful candidates will have both the technical skills to identify and troubleshoot M365 & cloud-based issues and be able to work across the business in supporting other technologies as part of the overall environment.

You will have

• Strong working knowledge of cloud platforms particularly MS Azure, as well as cloud services
• M365 Administration experience, including applications, Teams, One Drive, SharePoint etc
• Demonstrable release management skills ensuring any updates and upgrades are efficiently completed alongside ongoing programmes of work
• Working knowledge of security and compliance around M365
• Proven cloud management such as costs, opportunities and usage
• Work alongside MS partner to maximise application usage and benefits
• Understand and drive efficiency, improvements and reliability of the systems
• Excellent communication skills to advise and drive through necessary changes
• Certifications in MS Cloud as required
