The Recruitment Consultant role is a key liaison between clients and candidates. Within the role, you will search for and select excellent candidates. You will be able to demonstrate your skill and determination to succeed in making consistent placements, using all the tools available to achieve the results you need.

This is a sales-based role that requires self-motivation, resilience, and the ability to achieve targets. We are looking for a self-starter, someone who is motivated, can work under their own direction, is a problem solver and is keen to show what they can achieve.
