Job Description
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Technical Lead to join our superb client, based in Aberdeen.
You will require the technical ability and hands on experience to provide a high level of support and offer solutions to clients. In addition, customer satisfaction is key and a priority throughout all aspects of this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support for the technical team with escalations, achieving timely resolutions for the team and client is priority.
- Provide and maintain an excellent level of customer service, upholding Company values and principles.
- Provide technical advice and support directly to clients including project work
- Create, update, and maintain system documentation and procedures to the benefit of the team.
- Design and implement IT solutions for clients, with a plans for future upgrades and migrations.
- Production and accuracy of routine customer reports.
- Management of system alerts.
- Liaising with 3rd party suppliers to resolve issues.
Requirements
- 6+ years relevant experience.
- Microsoft MCSA certification, or equivalent.
- Extensive experience with desktop and server operating systems, including Windows and Macs.
- Strong administrative experience of Azure AD and M365.
- Proven experience in customer service, ideally in a multi-client environment.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Strong documentation skills.
