We’re partnering with a leading organisation who are looking to appoint a Key Account Manager to grow and develop accounts. This role is ideal for someone who not only builds strong client relationships but also understands how to grow and develop accounts in a measurable, results-driven way. A proven background in the Service industry is required for this role.

Key Skills

    What you’ll be doing:

  • Proactively managing key accounts and identifying opportunities to increase revenue and deliver added value.
  • Managing relationships, thinking on your feet to deliver what your accounts need, in an environment that is fast paced
  • Maintaining a well-organised CRM pipeline
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure project delivery meets client expectations.
  • Representing the company at industry events and building a wider network.
  • Working to ensure your numbers are strong, working with budgets and tendering processes

The person

    Previous experience as;

    • Proven success in account management, business development or project-based client roles.
    • Commercially aware – understands how to grow accounts, manage numbers, and contribute to budget discussions.
    • A service company background where you have supported client accounts in a sales environment
    • Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where priorities can shift quickly.
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
    • A proactive, results-focused approach – equally confident working independently or as part of a team.
