Job Description

Grace May are working in close partnership with a global, growth-focused business in the appointment of a Business Development Manager.
This is an opportunity for a commercially driven individual with a strong background in business development, relationship management, and international growth to join a well-established business operating across global markets.
The Role
This is a high-impact role focused on driving revenue growth, developing strategic client relationships, and identifying new commercial opportunities internationally.
You will work closely with a global commercial team while taking ownership of your own pipeline, relationships, and business development activity.

Key Skills

    Key responsibilities include:
    • Identifying and securing new business opportunities
    • Developing and growing existing client accounts
    • Managing and progressing opportunities through CRM
    • Building long-term strategic relationships
    • Leading client meetings and commercial discussions
    • Preparing tailored proposals and presentations
    • Supporting international growth initiatives
    • Attending industry events and networking globally
    • Working collaboratively across international teams

The person

    What We Are Looking For
    • Strong background in Business Development or Sales
    • Proven track record of winning new business and growing accounts
    • Experience operating in Oil & Gas, Energy, Industrial Services, Offshore, or related sectors would be advantageous
    • Strong commercial awareness and relationship-building skills
    • Confident communicator with a professional presence
    • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven
    • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
    • Willingness to travel internationally as required
