Job Description

We’re supporting a well-established, globally recognised business in Aberdeen as they continue to grow their commercial team.
This is a new role created due to growth, offering strong long-term opportunity and progression.

The Role
This is a hands-on, commercially focused role where your main responsibility is to keep opportunities moving and clients engaged.
You’ll work closely with business development, engineering, and proposals teams to ensure all opportunities are followed up, progressed, and converted.
This is not a cold sales role.
It’s about progression, follow-up, and delivery.

Key Skills

    You will:
    • Follow up on quotes and proposals with clients
    • Make regular outbound calls and emails to maintain momentum
    • Re-engage dormant or lapsed opportunities
    • Maintain and update CRM systems accurately
    • Identify new opportunities through client interaction and research
    • Prepare proposals and commercial documentation
    • Provide clear updates and pipeline reporting
    • Confidently lead the coordination of client events and industry engagement activities

The person

    You may currently be working as a:
    Sales Representative
    Internal Sales
    Account Manager
    Business Development Representative
    Or in a similar client-facing commercial role

    You will:
    • Be confident speaking with clients and making outbound calls
    • Be organised and able to manage multiple opportunities
    • Take ownership and follow things through
    • Be proactive and commercially aware
    • Be a strong team player within a close-knit environment
