- Service Desk first line support experience within a team
- Ticket management system experience
- Deploying hardware with image builds as and when required
- Competent in using MS Office Software
- Customer focused
- Strong communication skills
- Strong Problem Solving Skills
- Have a “can do” attitude at all times.

- Demonstrated success in sales or business development, with a history of acquiring new accounts or expanding existing ones.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence outcomes.
